It’s that time of the week. Time to share my lovely internet finds with you and get you excited about using colour in your home!
I remember reading about Louise Bell, owner of online store Table Tonic in a magazine years ago. Louise is homewares obsessed (like most of us) and quit her job as a Creative Director for a fashion magazine to start a quality homewares online store. Sourcing products from all over the world, Table Tonic is most famous for their Moroccan pouffes and Juju hats.
You can also visit their store in Avalon, NSW.

1. Juju Hats – pick up any home decor magazine and you’ll find a Juju hat. Worn by Village Chiefs in central Africa, these hats are hung on empty walls and add instant texture.
2. Vintage Kilim Rugs – these Turkish rugs are highly durable and stain resistant, not to mention, bursting with colour.
3. Uashmama washable paper bags – pronounced “wash mama” these paper bags feel like leather and wash like fabric. Can be used to hold pot plants, fruit, toys, washi tape … anything really! Also available in silver, black, grey and white.
4. Moroccan pouffes – perfect as an ottoman, side table, seat or footstool. There are so many colours to choose from as well. The pouffes come flat and you can fill it with old sheets, towels, clothes or bean bag beans. FYI – Rachel Zoe has a Table Tonic Moroccan pouffe in her Malibu home!
